After yesterday a nice easy ride was in order.
Kept this one under 130hr for most of the ride.
Just too tempted by a local roadie - I had to chase him to the village sign :)
I just pipped him as he had noticed me coming up from about 400m away!
Ended up doing a 25mph mile to catch him, hr up to an average of 140 for that mile.
Anyway, took it very easy after that so av hr came in at 126 for the ride AvCAD 90
I'll be taking it easy tomorrow as I'm hoping to do my sub 119 hilly route on Saturday!
