HAPPY 4th July to all my American Friends!!!
I'll be celebrating by drinking a lovely cup of TEA :)
This ride was uneventful other than an almost bonk - experienced after 30 mins. A quick gel found me feeling much better 15mins later.

I'm just recording, mainly for my own benefit, that I have recently made a change in my seat height - lifting it by 10mm. I'm hoping that it will help reduce my drag and hence speed. I did this just before my session on 1st July. To date, I seem to have no problems with pain etc. I'll stick with this position for a few more weeks then increase by another 5mm.

You've never been a drag to me mate! Yep independence day. The day day we told the queen to take her tea and stuff it and became the world superpower. Hope those days arent over but we seem bent on self destruction. Nice ride!

I'm with @26 on this - a bonk at 30 mins seems really unlikely, if it happens again it may be worth having a quick checkout??

Enjoying my 4th with a nice cup of coffee. Great ride David, you are really getting the need for speed on your bike! Will be interested to see what the adjustments do for you.
