      How is this working for you? I am curious. It sounds like very good time management for someone like you and me who have a life outside of cycling. It appears you're very strong. Do you feel as strong as you did when you were getting out there more often? Awesome by the way!

      Great tribute ride, David. I was very fortunate to survive an traffic accident, but in the deep inside, I still cannot completely wipe out the fear of riding or running outdoors.

      Wow that's a good session, not very often you can get booked for speeding on a bike, I guess that 173 is very high I got a 180 once running not cycling, and you know about it.

      Not completely sure of my heart rate but I believe it to be around 190 when I get close to puking (which I only see a couple times a year). I doubt the 220 - your age really works with athletes. But I'm joining the Yelland program and put on a few kilos of weight and beat all my KOMs. Seems to be the secret formula!! You actually have me motivated for the hill climb race this coming weekend!! There's still hope. :))
