Woke up at 5am to get this run in. For a change, I felt strong during this run. This run reminds me of why I have not given up on running in spite of a stress fracture, patellofemoral syndrome, shin splints etc. And I finally conquered that 1.5mile double hill up Wisonsin Avenue and this was the last 1.5mile to boot.
