Muscles still tight from last week's runs. I know if I force myself to run, I am headed for trouble. That was how I ended up having the stress fracture the last time.
So, listening to my body and doing some crosstraining in the mean time instead.
Level 6 resistance spin. Drenched in sweat but felt oh so good to push! Lungs were on fire.
