I'v been MIA here at daily mile. I've been running off and on but not consistently. I realize that I NEED daily mile to hold me accountable. It is easy to skip and come up with excuses when there is no accountability. Last week, I joined a HM training group and I am looking forward to it. Our goal is to run the Fox Cities Half in September. I'm back at DM so I can be ACCOUNTABLE!!!!!!!!!
