      I checked the weather last night, and there isn't any snow in the 10 day forecast. Average of 40 degrees. Crazy.

    First workout of week 9. I was surprised at how much easier it was than week 7 or 8. Just two more to go before I'm done with the C25k and I can work on improving my time!

    Week 8 workout 1. Went way better than expected. Wasn't as tired and managed to get up to 6.5mph instead of my usual 5.5mph. The new playlist helped a lot.

      Good job getting in the miles! There is a different between running outdoors and a treadmill, outside there is wind resistance and other factors but if you put your treadmill on a 1% incline apparently everything equals out.

      Agreed about the able to go faster, but I'd rather be out doors any day. Too bad I don't like wet or cold weather. Great run!

    RunKeeper had me at about a 12min average. Which is about 1.5min faster than what it usually has me at. It was a great day out and it's becoming easier.

      I like using googla maps pedometer. Or just go out and explore! There's not better way to learn a new city!

      try going to usa track and field and then click on america's running routes. you can find routes other people have made in the area you are in.
