Ran on the track at the gym. Was going to do the treadmill, but just wasn't feeling it today. Just ran for time on the track, doing some speedwork at the end. Felt good, looking forward to having tomorrow off.

Felt pretty good, it was raining most of the way. Felt some twinges in my knee, but pushed through. Ran 2-3 mile loops with some extra, so it was about 6.5 miles, but for some reason I couldn't map it right.
