I don't like running on the treadmill. It's so stuffy!!! I hate feeling so hot and sweaty with no relief. I ran the first mile at 10 min pace, the second at 9:30, and the third between 9:10 and 8:50. Felt good to stretch my legs and it is nice to know exactly how fast you are going!
