Ok, it was raining and my left knee was paining me a bit, so I turned back early on the trail. I ended up feeling good, so I continued on. As I ran I felt pretty good, strong and cardio felt good. Finished strong. Just a few twinges. Not sure what that is about, been a little sore since Disney.
