This was awesome. Loved to be back in the pool. Probably would have swam longer if my goggles hadn't been digging into my nose. Note to self: try other goggles tomorrow.

Hmm, 4 -> 8 seems like a pretty big jump if you're back from injury... Just saying.

I know...my foot is hurting again today after my run yesterday, so rethinking my 8 miles...it's just so frustrating, and you want to be able to jump right back in!

Take it easy! You do NOT want to have to take another long recovery break! Remember the 10% rule. I know, it's hard, but you have to listen to your body.
