    Lovely run, average 9:50 pace but wonder if my averages would be faster if I had a flat course to run on? But all the hills just make me stronger, right? Great day anyway, hazy sun, dry, and ran though my new favorite trail.

    did my core workout and upper body strength. Need to figure out some strength training for my legs and glutes.

    ran on the treadmill. Started at 12 min pace for 1 min, then 10 for 1 min, then 8 for 2 min. Alternated 10 and 8 for 2.5 miles. 8 felt very fast. I can't believe people can run SO MUCH FASTER!

    Beautiful sunny day again! Run was ok. Happy to have done 6 though! All about building and consistency.

      Nice work Karen! Hey, what do you use to track your actual mileage during your run(s)? GPS watch or do you just map them out online?

      I am curious too. I map out my runs online (usually with Map my run) but on occasion have my iPhone with me too. I don't think the phone tracks distance as accurate.

    ug. Tough. Beautiful sunny day, fairly warm, but windy. Felt like I was slogging through mud. I had hoped to go at least 5, but I just wanted to make sure I could make it home!

    Ran at 6:15am. I forgot how dark it was at that time! Felt ok, wanted to do 4 but the loop wasn't quite long enough. Oh well, close enough. Will do this early morning run on Thursday again!

    ok, felt good to start, lets felt heavy in the middle. Made it to the end, sped up towards the end. All in all felt pretty successful.

    ran fast (for me) on the track. Did a couple of sprint laps at the end to change it up. Felt good!

    Ran on the track at the gym. Was going to do the treadmill, but just wasn't feeling it today. Just ran for time on the track, doing some speedwork at the end. Felt good, looking forward to having tomorrow off.

    Great run, ran with a friend for the first time in ages! Felt great, can't wait to increase my miles. Have to get my weekly miles consistent first...
