I just realized I've been running barefoot. Haha. Tightened the belt so I had a more effective pool running experience and even started sweating! Did as many sprints as I could with some rests in between. Pool isn't that deep though, so I did touch the bottom with my toes - enough to rub skin off my left big toe so when I checked it out of the pool, first thing I saw was blood! Oops! Oh well. Good workout! Even had to say "on your left" to a guy wading backwards in my direction.


Not sure what this would equate to in miles so I left that blank.

ooooo I remember rubbing the skin off my toes while swimming when I was a kid and it KILLS!!! hope it heals up fast. Nice work in the pool!!
