Nothing special - plan said easy 3. AM isn't usually my thing but I've got a class (dog training) tonight & and it would be nice to have dinner with the family without being preoccupied with my training plan. :-) Happy Tuesday all!


Nice run.. I don't normally run before work either. Very relaxing and quiet. Would've been great if it was just less humid.
