I've been obsessing over the IronMan Lake Placid results - tracking Stephanie K, her sister, another guy Todd and someone who was a Back on My Feet pacer last weekend. Drove me crazy so I had to go distract myself with some much neglected core "stuff", followed by some leg "stuff", followed by 1/2 mile lipty shakeout and then shopping for some tops at Kohl's. Then, back to tracking!!!!!
