I was pressed for time between dermatology appts. for my son and I, and swim lessons, and since I'm going out later, I opted for the gym (close, very hot out, another signature in the book & can still do hills). So to save time I also added some faster miles when the incline was lowered. The rest varied up to 4% incline.
