I am reasonably sure 400 yds is accurate (was trying to do everything in pairs to keep better track...)
2x25 backstroke
4x25 freestyle
2x25 practice breast stroke kicking only (took a while)
2x25 freestyle
2x25 backstroke
2x25 more kicking
2x25 backstroke
And, I think that was it. Wasn't sure if I missed a set of laps but this is all I can recall for sure. Water amnesia, senility, whatever. Next swim practice is tomorrow. Next item to get will be a proper swim suit.

Great job Pam! You are really working hard on this stuff.

That's a nice way of keeping track Pam. I always forget what I've done!! Nice pattern there too!

breast stroke is the only kind of swimming that I am any good at. I could never get a good rhythm going for breathing during freestyle, backstroke I always bump my head on the wall, and I am too uncoordinated for butterfly...but breaststroke...I am golden. Nice work practicing them all!!!! and swimming sounds so nice right now.

Looks great, Pam! Breaststroke has always been my favorite, though I am best at freestyle.

So, I didn't know this right off, but it sounded vaguely familiar. I summoned the powers of Google and believe the correct answer is: Finding Nemo. Love that movie - and the cool sea turtles!
