Gym Pool - Practice Laps 00:30

I'm not recording laps - mainly because I don't quite complete a full lap without stopping to regroup AND because I'd lose count anyway. I basically just tried to work on the breathing and freestyle (one, two, breathe right, one, two, breathe left). I did have one real good lap where I managed to make it from one end to the other - that was my highlight. I'm gonna need a cap to control this hair tho.

Great job Pam - keep up the awesome effort in the pool! If it's anything like your running you'll be making progress in no time :)

Yeah, I hear ya on controlling the hair....! ;-)
I lose count all the time. I swear I need a water proof sharpie to make slashes on my arm after each lap!

Nice swim yesterday! Keeping track of laps seems tricky. On the track I can keep track of laps on my fingers, dunno how I would do it in the pool!

Yeah, that hair can be a pain. :-) I started the same way as you and now can do about 1600m nonstop. Be patient and you will definitely see progress. Nice job!

Oooo nice work. I think swimming laps is hard. If I ever do a triathlon, I will probably end up doggy paddling the whole swimming part!

My friend who swims uses those SportCount lap counters that you wear as a ring on your finger. Easier than messing with a watch, apparently. A whole new world of gadgetry awaits. :)
