This felt great! Staring MCM training but also cutting back mileage this week. Slow, easy run after being chased by carbs at work! (Someone brings in a cake, someone else brings Philly soft pretzels) Got into a rythym quickly and stayed there. Had a Chiro appt. after work and then 1st day of a 6-week doggie training class, so my gym visit was later than usual - but this was just fine by me.
