      @Jana: I'm following a beginner plan that Fitness Mag published 4 yrs ago - has fewer run days and a good mix of off/XT days that work for me right now, esp. since I want to do bike training too.

      That sounds exhausting, but so sweet of you to listen. Maybe give her one chance at running together, as it isn't too bad to listen while running and easier than talking! Other than that it might be too much. Nice class after your ride, by the way.
