      Thanks! Things have been feeling good - never thought I'd feel this good again after all the issues I had. I credit the focus on faster cadence and regular supplements of Tumeric/Curcurmin daily - and mostly clean eating. Less inflammation in the body so less soreness as a result, which in turn means I don't need to take Aleve like I used to.
