      Still a ways off! I really think you would be ok to skip the long tomorrow and make sure your foot is ok. You've got a lot of back to back long runs under your belt...but you know better than me...you've been running a lot longer!! :) I'm just super paranoid now...

      i'm prepared to bail at 10 total tomorrow if need be. well, its an out and back. I can bail whenever. But psychologically, 20 would be good for me tomorrow.

    I am not injured but "angry" is not a choice. this was supposed to be a nice easy run that turned into an angry swearing vent by mile 2 and it went downhill from there.

      I don't think angry is supposed to be funny, but I'm laughing the way you describe it! Hope it's gone back "uphill". (The irony of a runner saying "downhill" meaning BAD just struck me.)

      that is funny. hah. I did do 250-300 m of 5:30 pace in mile 5 coming downhill and the last half of my route was in fact mostly downhill so it did in fact go downhill from there.
