    really felt heavy and sluggish today. my heart was beating a lot harder than normal and my breathing was labored. 17 miles in the last 7 days, all at right around 10 minute pace. I feel slow.

    Toe didn't hurt during the run but it is a little sore now. I think because I am favoring it.

  11. My son dropped a spool of wire on my little toe yesterday and I think it's broken. The toe, not the spool. Today became a rest day. I guess we can work on our electromagnet more.

    heavy legs from working out on the elliptical yesterday but I'm feeling pretty good. I feel like I crossed a threshold and am on my way to getting my fitness back!
