    felt a little sluggish heading uphill but took the last 2 downhill miles hard. It felt good to push. I remember doing 730s on this route but for today I'm happy with 845s. :)

    honestly felt great on this run, right from the start! It really helped that its cooler (high 50s) in the morning. Looking forward to a 10 mile trail run tomorrow :)

    First time on trails since... June? I missed trails. This was a good run, I felt great almost the whole time. Nice rain and mud and big stream crossings. So much fun.
