    Not a bad run at VF before yoga. I didn't have a real time because it made me start over when I stopped it to tie my shoe. Was trying to do a tempo run.

    On treadmill again, after yoga. I didn't get the devil treadmill though! Much better run! Walked every mile--feet were falling asleep with the new shoes.
