My goals for 2013 are to PR in a spring marathon and be more consistent with cross training. My last two marathons haven't gone well...PR 4:45 set in 2009.

    Super humid and I'm super sore from yesterday. Legs were dead. We took some long walk breaks! I was ready to quit at 3! Good thing I was running with my buddy Tanya!

    It was hard. I'm gonna be sore. We did some running with a medicine ball, hard exercises, and some obstacle course stuff, including flipping big tires. Great workout.

      Looks like you pushed pretty hard over that stretch. Nothing wrong with that, but add in a humid morning and it would be tough to be as fast as you want. Still it was an AG podium!

    Good run--legs a little tired from last night. With Micki, Ethan, Drake and Tanya. Tanya and I stuck with E on his bike, while Micki pushed Drake-she was the first woman! It was untimed.
