    Leg 2. It was foggy but I liked that. I felt great! Longest I have gone without walking since April. Very cool out but humid. Fun relay!

    Nicer temps, but still humid. overcast skies helped. First 5 went pretty well, we kept it slow. Got drink after 2 and 4. But at mile 5 I needed to walk. Tanya kept going.

    Awful. It wasn't super hot but so humid after it had rained most of the day and sun came out. Walked a lot. But got it done.

    Felt great! First mile in 10:40, then I did 4x quarters with quarter recovery jog, then a mile home in about 10:29. Felt so much better than my last few runs. Cooler. I also went later.

    Not a good run. Made it almost 2 miles at a slow pace when 3 kids needed help with a wheelbarrow full of rocks. Then I ended up walking/running the rest. Hot humid.
