      That sounds like what I had a few weeks ago... It's always smart to stop. For me, it was a sciatica thing. I iced a lot, and have been seeing a chiro. I was back to normal in a few days, although I can feel it everyone now and then when my form gets sloppy. Hope it's something simple that can heal quick for you too!

      Thanks Laura. I am calling chiro today. I have to be in meetings all day but hopefully can get in tomorrow. It's very painful right in the butt. Hurts to step on it and also to lift it up....hope it's a simple fix.

    It was humid. Went pretty fast for 4. 9:52, 9:39, 9:42, 9:47 then I walked a couple blocks on way home. Nice run! Shoes were making feet numb.
