    Horrible run. Ran into wind for first half. Very hot and humid. Walked some. After turning around I was so hot! Heart rate was crazy. Face hot! Legs dead. Worst run in a very long time! yuk.

    I was happy with my time...last runner to finish though. It was a small group who ran the 5K. I had both dogs with me, and they were wanting to chase down the pack!

    HIIT. Not bad, but scissor lunges are not for me...I have to be careful because some things, such as those, bother my knee. I ended up just doing lunges.
