    Pretty good for tired legs. Walked a little. Took Dexter and went with Tanya. Walked a half mile before we started running. Windy

    Met my B goal...had the A goal of 9:45 pace until after mile 6...ended up walking a good 0.1 mile at the water stop in mile 7 and then again just before then end of mile 8. finished strong though!

    Good--first mile pretty easy, then I joined Tanya and even though we were talking, we were pushing it. 9:40 and 9:44. Then the last mile was 10:06. Nice out again but a little bit windy.
