Fell short of last year's goal. I added some fitness classes in May, but was disappointed with my mileage. This year I will push myself more in every workout!

    Was actually a good run, in spite of the Garmin being really really off and me needing to use the restroom! Pretty nice out. I think it was 37. Sunny. Little wind.

    Treadmill. Walked the last half mile to make it to an hour. Miles 1-3 were pretty normal. Mile 4 I tried to do some fartlek to mix it up. Did 30 secs fast, 30 secs easy, 30 secs walk 6 times.

    After PIYO. I was on the sucky treadmill that is always on a slight incline. Could barely manage a very slow pace, and walked after every 3 minutes! But I got in some cardio and some steps.

    Treadmill. I always start slow when I haven't run on the TM in awhile. I walked at 2 miles and then again at 3 miles and walked a bit at the end.

    Good run. Doug's Resolution run. I ran 3 in 31 and then had to take a bathroom break. The last mile I walked a couple of times.
