My goals for 2013 are to PR in a spring marathon and be more consistent with cross training. My last two marathons haven't gone well...PR 4:45 set in 2009.

    NOt a bad run. 42 degrees with East wind. I zigzagged through town. Wore oldest shoes and I could tell they are about done. Calves were tight.

      Thanks Doug and Tammie! Doug, I got a new pair that I am breaking in now--they just have 10 miles on them. I have another pair that has almost 100. Then these other two pair that are shot. It take careful planning to get the shoes at the right time! :)
