    Beautiful cold (25F) full-moon evening. I intended to run outside, but after a mile, I was cold, so I went into the gym and ran there for 30 mins, then ran home.

  13. I'm pulling out of the Hyderabad Marathon. Chondromalacia in my right knee... Rest is needed. I'm bummed, but my health comes first.. Hope you all enjoy the trip.

    Half walked, then ran 5k in 27 mins. First exercise in way too long due to food poisoning. Felt good.

  15. One week ill -- no running or cycling. And I am still feeling like crud. I'm not sure the upcoming marathon (2 weeks away) is really going to happen. Bummed out.
