I'm pretty much down to do anything. Biking, Hiking, Golf, SCUBA, Or just hanging out.
To be more active and to utilize my bike to get some exercise.
Run a Half Mary in 1:45. Run sub 4 Marathon. Cut my 200 meter sprint time in half and compete in an open water swim event and try to make it out alive.
swim, cycle, run, repeat. going for the elusive BQ and qualifying for PRR Race Team.
