Ok, so this was split into two workouts....the first was cut short due to rain, but I got my butt back out there this afternoon when I saw the sun peeking through the clouds and pounded the pavement for another 3 and a half miles. It was SO nice to get out there and get some fresh air, and some vitamin D with the dog. :) I get so happy after I walk...I can't wait until I get to the point where running is an option. I've never been a runner, but I'm starting to "get" the runners high idea that my old roommate (Gary) used to practically LIVE for.


Sounds like you live in a rainy part of the world. We are almost in the desert here, but we pay for that with cold winters. Brrr.
