    This was my first race, loved it, but maybe next time I will talk to my fellow runners a little less and concentrate on my time. Still really pleased to get the first race under my belt.

      Yeah I think I might give it a miss. BUPA looks brill, I missed it because I was going away. AND I didn't like the British 10k shirt, seems like a bit of a 2012 promo

    This was the Running From The Reaper 10k, very hard after a week with a heavy cold. Legs felt fine, the breathing was very tough and it's quite hot out there!

      Thanks Owen. Should have gone out before the sun came up. When I finished it was already really hot. really frustrating when you can't breath properly. I'll crack that sub 60m soon though.
