4 x mile repeats with 3 minutes rest between each. Started off a bit to fast and paid for it with the final miles. A tiny bit disappointed but given the heat I am overall pleased with the workout. (6:29, 6:40, 6:48, 6:58)

    Yay for the Arcadia track (that's my school...hehehe). Sometimes we get a bit excited at the start of track workouts....solid workout regardless!
