Still feeling a little bit of a strain in the calves from this weekend's trail run, but they are getting better and better daily. Ran without music and focused on breathing for this run and was right about 6.9 mph comfortably. Worked on moving faster while maintaining the same breathing cadence and hit a couple of negative splits for the final two miles. While maintaining my rhythm, I was able to finish strong without being winded.
