good Run for Ryan House Course 11.34 mi 01:37 08:32 pace

Awesome run Saturday morning with Johanna Rachel and Octavio H. Headed out for a preview of the Run for Ryan House course on a very windy morning. Mile five was pretty brutal due to the incline and some serious head winds. We didn't hit either of the two switchbacks but I made sure that I recalled where they were. Rather than doing the entire course, we did the hard parts. Post running we had an egg-celent breakfast with the crew. Great weekend run!
