    After the 10k run and a 10 hour sleep, it's off to the gym. Killer workout - new PR on the 20-repper squat at 225 lbs. 310-lb DL's and 170-lb Bent over rows.

    Went there early to pick up my race kit. Still no singlet. I hope they do good by delivering it. Oh yeah, I also ran the 10k!
