    Finally feel like I'm getting my stamina back... running in cooler, less humid, weather was a nice change of pace too. 2 mile run, 2.3 mile warm up/cool down.

    Perfect day for a pre-lunch run. 85 degrees, sunny, nice cool breeze, and not a cloud in the sky. 2.3 mile warm up/cool down and a nice brisk 2 mile run in between.

      Well, I only ran 2.28 miles out of the 4... so I am trying to work myself up to not dying in the humidity and running 3-4 miles non-stop ;)
