Lunchtime track session. warm up, 1/2 lap med pace then 4x (1x Med, 1x fast, 1x recovery).
8 degrees but it felt bitterly cold out there. There was a strong wind straight up the length of the track which would've cut right through you. Fast laps were 5-7 seconds faster than 2 weeks ago, so chuffed with that.


Sweet. Signs of progress. Nice track session.
