    Tough one on empty but good fun all the same. Bit of excitement on this one as I had to run about 20m uphill on a flooded road, water up to my ankles. Time for pancakes and bacon now I think.

    Explored the nearby woodland walk park and hit some pretty tough hills while I was at it. Some trail shoes wouldn't have gone amiss but it was good fun all the same.
