  1. FIT
    good 00:30

I maxed out at 6:40! I'd like to blame the low time on only having a poached egg on toast for dinner last night, and broken sleep through the night a couple times to attend a crying 1 year old... read more

  2. FIT
    great 00:30

Maxed out at 13:39. Month 2 is definitely a step up! Lots of leg work at the start, so there were a couple shaky moments around the 7 to 8 minute mark where I thought I was going to max out. That&#... read more

  3. FIT
    great 00:30

Maxed out at 12:57. Scissor stance jacks killed me! If it wasn't for those, reckon I could've made 20 minutes.

  4. FIT
    great 00:30

Maxed out at 12:32. That squat jump lunge thing did me in. Can't believe I'm only 3 days from the half way point.

  5. FIT
    great 00:30

Maxed out at 17:56. This is the first time I've felt pretty much controlled through most of the workout. Doubled my first week Cardio Challenged max out, so definitely noticing progress

  6. FIT
    great 00:30

Maxed out at 12:38. It's those squats and lunges that ruin me! (Almost) the end of week 3 and I'm absolutely loving it. Feeling the difference already.

  7. FIT
    great 00:30

    Maxed out at 11:14.

  8. FIT
    great 00:30

Maxed out at 7:53. Squats beat me this time! Well short of Monday's 10:20 max out this morning.

  9. FIT
    great 00:30

Maxed out at 7:52. My legs are on fire. What's with all the flippin squat jumps?!

  12. RUN
    great 4.61 mi 00:39 08:31 pace

Wet, wet, wet... and cold! Nice wee run.

  13. RUN
    good 10.6 km 01:05 09:51 pace

It's amazing what pent up energy in the pit of your belly will make you do. Ran way longer than I should have though.

  14. RUN
    good 2.98 mi 00:26 08:51 pace

Another run down and still feel fine. Lots of people out on the river walk this blustery day. Nice to see activity down there.

  15. RUN
    great 1.71 mi 00:14:22 08:24 pace

    Regain fitness, take 3.

Sort of caught Scarlett Fever after the last take, which hampered things. Hopefully, after the antibiotics I'm fit enough to start running again. Seems so anyway.

  16. Why is it that every time I've tried to get back into the swing of things since being injured last October, TWM comes home from nursery with a bug, which I subsequently catch, goes into my ch... read more

  17. RUN

    Regain fitness, take 2.

  18. RUN
    tired 2 mi

First run in 4 months since I hurt the old foot. Diet and drinking habits over the pre, mid and post festive period have not treated me well! Back on it though. Determined to get some fitness back... read more

Cheers Euan! Buggered my foot though. Didn't feel anything till Monday, which was odd. No running for a wee while i reckon, unfortunately.
