    Maxed out at 17:56. This is the first time I've felt pretty much controlled through most of the workout. Doubled my first week Cardio Challenged max out, so definitely noticing progress

      Cheers Euan! Buggered my foot though. Didn't feel anything till Monday, which was odd. No running for a wee while i reckon, unfortunately.
