  1. RUN
alright Shoreline, Vista Slope 4.55 mi 00:35 07:46 pace

My legs had no go in them this morning. Just worn out.

  2. RUN
    great Shoreline / California 4.04 mi 00:30 07:30 pace

Was feeling sore from all the jogging/walking that happened on Sunday (probably around 16 miles total). Love a little rain in the morning for a recovery run.

  3. RUN
good Bay to Breakers 12 km 01:10 09:23 pace

Took it nice and easy with a friend. What a crazy race... and crazy crowds

  4. Shared Photo

New 2010 Specialized Tarmac Pro. Sir Jacob Wellington, PhD shown approving.

  5. I get my Specialized Tarmac Pro and Garmin Edge 500 tomorrow. Excitement abounds.

  6. RUN
    great Castro/California 4.49 mi 00:34 07:32 pace

Opening the legs up for a quick jog after yesterday's 8miles. Felt so well I could have done 8 or more again. Maybe I should reconsider what distances I'm hitting.

  7. RUN
great Salt Ponds / California 8.06 mi 01:00 07:26 pace

Hit an hour even over 8 miles. Not a bad little jog. Debating if I should run any faster than that or take it easy like this for next week's Bay to Breakers.

  8. RUN
    good Castro/Camino 5.21 mi 00:43 08:09 pace

Nice n Easy. Had to hold myself back after watching Prefontaine yesterday.

  9. Watching Prefontaine in SF on Divisadero. Registration for Bay to Breakers is only $25 during the show. You bet I signed up.

  10. RUN
    great Rengstorff / Shoreline 4.59 mi 00:38 08:12 pace

Nice & easy run, recovering from this past weekend of kicking my ass biking up some damn mountains.

  11. VELO
blah Canada Road 48.27 mi 02:31 19.2mph pace

Worn out from yesterday. One of the local bike shops was set up on the end of Canada Road and I tried out a Trek Madone 5.9. I immediately realized how much I need a new bike. Oof. It was fast, res... read more

  12. VELO
good Old La Honda, Alpine Rd 55.83 mi 03:30 15.9mph pace

4,716 ft of climbing... it felt more like 10,000, but it was ridiculously nice out and even nicer to finally get out and get some miles in.
