I'm guesing at the distance b/c my phone battery died. The goal was to stay in my Zone 2 for the whole run except for the last 3 minutes all out -- didn't do so well on the zone 2 part at the beginning with the hills and the heat. But great to knock it out and work on my aerobic base as recommended by Coaches Jeff/Diane PRS Fit.
