Met the citywide group at the Brooksider. Thanks Dina M. & company for throwing this event! Ran with Pete & Kelli H. They had a time clock up, so everyone was running a little faster last night, including me. Pete looked over and asked if I was ok during the last mile. The answer was, yes, I just haven't been running this quicker pace much lately. I think it's time to start running more and get back into shape. The heel doesn't feel too bad anymore. The pf hasn't disappeared, but it's gotten better for sure. The Brooksider was really fun, it was a late night! Nice to meet some new folks, too.
