I'm having trouble with my left knee. Pain is not too bad, but every now and then it feels like it's going to buckle. I've been trying to do more squats to strengthen my legs, and am taking glucosamine w/ chodritin. The latter seemed to help a lot during the LJ half, but I slacked on taking it and at the RnR half I thought my knee was going to give out at any moment. Hopefully I can strengthen it some so it's not so bothersome on my runs. All in all, though, yesterday was a nice run to get back into the swing of things.
