Zero energy, walked most of it. Probably because I rowed last night for an hours on Overholser. I need to manage my energy better before Saturday night row/5k. Interesting though - at the lower heart rate Dailymile & my watch indicate I burned more fat than on my faster runs. Interesting :)

The important thing is that you got out there this morning. Well done!

Those days happen, more often than you would like. I had one yesterday myself. Spsed to get a mile swim in, but my stroke felt bad, and was mentally and physically spent.
You do burn more fat at lower heart rate. 80-85% heart rate is optimal. http://exercise.about.com/cs/cardioworkouts/l/aa022601a.htm
Keep it up man!

Not this time. I'll be at Hotter N' Hell 100 in Texas.

BTW, which "Warwick" are you running in? I lived on Sudbury Drive in Warwick (122nd and Macarthur) when I went to PCN.

It's kind of funny - I hit 3 of them. I leave Warwick West to 122&Rock, past PCN to 112 & left into that WW, then East of James L Dennis into Warwick. THen back into West. From my house I can throw a rock and hit the NE corner of the PCN parking lot.

We should run together soon. I'd like to see the old "hood" again.
