    Just walking keeps me over my target heart rate. Can easily keep it 130-135 just walking. May start doing that for awhile.

      Thanks. That 12 minute one was a milestone for me too. I can do it but I am going to just try and shave off 5-10 seconds/mile for the time being. When I do the next 5k I'd like it to be relatively easy, not a body killer :)
