Pretty good. I was able to keep but I was wearing wingtips and my feet were exhausted afterwards. Did a plant tour for my last MBA class. After I graduate next week I am going to start my training for running.


Walking is the best way to prepare for running. Before I started running I used to go for 3-4hr walks on a regular basis
