    An easy walk through dew soaked grass with a pleased Ouzo and a not so pleased Gail.(She really doesn't care for having wet shoes and soaked feet, but we love her just the same.)

    Cooldown with Ouzo and Gail on a new footpath I discovered this morning. The city added a 1/2 mile loose gravel path around the new multi-sport youth field complex they just completed.

    Being home again means settling back into routine. Walking with Gail and Ouzo is a routine I am happy to be returning to.

    Had to move this weeks long run up due to travel this weekend. Slowed the pace some and enjoyed the miles heart rate numbers came down. Well pleased!
