great Errand walk 01:00
Triple errand walk with Eric and Ella joining in. Covered the post office, the Library (the kids favorite) and the bank. A beautiful way to get some time on my feet and ease work for the legs.

In the Newton line, the Sir Isaac is the best one for starting the transition. They're a little pricey, but I believe they are well worth it. I just ordered new pair of the Gravity (intermediate) to use once I resume running after Pittsburgh.

I always find those to be the most satisfying runs. It' shard to work through wanting to quit. More so on a longer run like this. Great job getting it done. Enjoy your weekend!
