  1. Been down for a while and getting back into the swing of things. My right knee seems a bit cranky. Anyone have experience with or opinions on compression sleeves?

      I've never used them for my knees, just for my legs below my knees. They help me with recovery after a run.

      I know the CW-X compression tights are designed to help in multiple areas, including the knees - but I don't think you want to wear full tights this time of year :( I'd recommend you check with Dr. Google :) and see what it recommends!!

      I use Tommy Coppers and love them - for the first 6 months. After that they aren't much different than a regular compression sleeve.

    9 at GMP with 1 for cooldown. A cool afternoon left me wondering if fall was arriving and loving the result in pace and heart rate numbers. Well blessed.

    Not sure how you're supposed to recover from a 7 mile hill workout, so I figured I would try with a 7 mile flat land easy paced low heart rate cruise. Well blessed indeed.

    First Friday long run fell on a step back week, prescribed half marathon is in the books. Evenly paced with a nice four mile progression to finish it. A little muggy this morning. Well blessed.

    5 mile tempo run wrapped between 1 warmup and 2 cooldown miles. Cool temperature with an approaching storm but still quite humid. As always well blessed.
