    great Cool runnings 10 mi

    9 at GMP with 1 for cooldown. A cool afternoon left me wondering if fall was arriving and loving the result in pace and heart rate numbers. Well blessed.

    Not sure how you're supposed to recover from a 7 mile hill workout, so I figured I would try with a 7 mile flat land easy paced low heart rate cruise. Well blessed indeed.

    First Friday long run fell on a step back week, prescribed half marathon is in the books. Evenly paced with a nice four mile progression to finish it. A little muggy this morning. Well blessed.

    5 mile tempo run wrapped between 1 warmup and 2 cooldown miles. Cool temperature with an approaching storm but still quite humid. As always well blessed.

    Hot and muggy by the time I laced up my shoes this afternoon and ventured into the sweat soaker called August Monday afternoon. Oh well, miles in the books and as always, well blessed!
