    Worked late and missed my gym session so was able to get run #2 for the week in at the house instead. This early darkness makes the sidewalks somewhat treachorous though. (55 degrees)

    No school class tonight so opted for the gym class. Two nights in a row doing bodypump. I'm feelin it... but its a good pain and a good way to start the weekend.

    Friday morning workout. Love being able to start a day like that. Now if I can just remember to post it here in a timely manner from now on :-\
