    Wasn't able to follow the program. In each of the two 5-minute runs I had to stop due to severe side cramps. I think I was too hungry when starting out... so I will not count this first Week 4 run; I will do 3 more.

      Side cramps were my worst enemy when I started running.
      Keep up the good work and it'd go away. Your perseverance is pretty inspiring!
