Three things I learned today from a 60 ride followed by a 30 minute brick run;
1. I am not ready for a 70.3 mile race.
2. I am not NEARLY ready for a 70.3 mile race.
3. I will not be ready in three weeks, when I actually have a 70.3 mile race.
Thanks, though, to Richard, Jennifer, Heather, and Dottie for letting me tag along. It was a beautiful day in some great countryside! Thanks, also, to Meagan C. for the cowbell near the end! That was a great booster shot.
