This run is as per training schedule, these kind of runs will increase now as only one month is there for my first Full M.
Surprisingly the heart rate shot up to 185, it is due to the humidity or what I don't know.
Morning time is best for the run but waking up is a Problem, in evening we can sneak some time for mid distance runs.
Today was convocation in IIT and lot of glowing faces with robes were seen near the SAC when I was running towards the stadium. Feels great to study here :-)
I did 2.5 miles in stadium its feel good to run on soft track in the mid of the run, gives a cool break from unforgiving tarmac. Did not hydrate during the run and did feel strong urge to gulp water but I have left my running water bottle at Delhi.
Went to Mc Donalds with my son and refueled with LARGE coke and GREASY chicken burger. Felt nourishing....

Friends, Let me give you a very scary episode for the Coke and Pepsi lovers. One of my friends had to have a liver transplantation due to his excessive use of Coke. AVOID COKE, COCACOLA. A popular experiment is to put a dental piece in a glass of coke and see it melting after a few days. PLEASE DON'T CONSUME COKE. Take Lime Juice instead.

ONLY Lime Juice is my recommendation. Stay AWAY from Beer as well. I am sure there are many other runners, who are fans of a nice drink after a run. BUT i am a big fan of lime juice.

@Bala sir: With all due respect, I feel even lime juice with excessive sugar is bad. Coke melts teeth because of its acidic nature. Even lime juice is acidic.
The problem with coke the artificial colours, which fry the liver. Lime juice is not as harmful in this aspect. :-)
