Haha! Yeah. I sort of tricked him into agreeing for HRM. I pestered him for 2 days and also said I am a Chennai runner etc! :-)

@Bala sir , it applies for me also the Govt is a big miser, just few years more and I will be out. I had eye on this for a year and got a good deal because of Adhokshaj. And for a dedicated runner like you its a must gadget i thought you had it

Sachin in Dr Ram's terminology i am a naked runner. I am a big believer in going by the feel than gadgets. The only gadget that goes with my run is a MP3 player. Otherwise, if my legs ache i stop, if my heart beats faster than it should i slow, if i my breathing is not good enough i slow and i pace it listening to my body.

Nice. Whether it's good for me or not, I drool over new toys! Naked running is good for the soul, but then, so are material possessions!
