great 1st run for 2013! 16 km 02:00 12:04 pace

great run with the anda-men [glenn, abet & mayor] plus ultramarathoner joerick. followed part of the CCM route [it park-salinas-osmena blvd-mango ave-jones-sto nino-city hall-kilid srp & back to it park]. pan & coke break at bread & butter on the way back. love the fact that i don't feel any twinge of pain at all! but the calories lost during the run were shamelessly regained in our lechon & beer breakfast afterward :p~ can't wait for CCM next sunday!
