    Tough. I am not a sprinter. Lungs felt like cottage cheese post race. Took a day or two for cough to subside. It was cold out - perhaps that is what did it.

    Tight. No IT probs in left leg however. Hamms and lower back tight. Too much time in office chair. Wore wrong sox - hot spots in both arches. Otherwise all fine. Beautfiul night. Need new shoes soon.
