Tough getting out of bed this morning and my body was feeling yesterday's 3 training sessions. Last day of school and I'll be at the shore for the next 10 days with the exception of the Philly Tri.
2x1500 (24:08, 23:59) how's that for consistency? Tired and felt slow.

Shore? 10 Days. You suck! Just kidding, just jealous that's all. Enjoy the shore, and great 3,000 this morning. One of these days I'll hit 3,000.

Man, felt the same way, but I slept...HA! Hell of a swim brother. It's funny how sometimes the results don't match how we feel.
