great Wissahickon Trails 7.3 mi 01:22 11:11 pace

Met up with Dave and Erin for a few in the woods. The trails were still a bit muddy, but who doesn't love that. Great conversation and fun times with friends. What a beautiful day.

great First Outdoor Ride of the Year 22.23 mi 01:10 19.1mph pace

Nice day for a ride and my legs felt good. It was great to get out there again, it's been a long time. Mostly flat, a little headwind on the way back, but nothing bad.

No worries - Everything happens for a reason. It's a long training session, take advantage of the unintentional rest day and go get a Doughnut. It's National Doughnut Day.(yes, this coming from a health freak like me!)

Todd has an excellent point. Enjoy a doughnut. You've got a lot of training ahead of you to make up for a missed morning session. :-)
