    good Bell Rd Y 1250 yd

    First time in pool in about 3 mos. Right shoulder a bit painful but took it very easy. Hoping as it strengthens it will resolve. Still have limited mobility in it though due to incorrect healing.

    First attempt at a 5am workout...sluggish but done. Felt energized throughout the day.

    started out early evening...pool got crowded for some event and i had to leave...cut it short...don't know my time...otherwise good strong swim...500 free warmup to start....

    ran good...felt strong and did not tire....probably owing to the leg press reps i did about 4 days ago and then a good weekend of sleep

    went and did weights first...butt and legs, arms and shoulders, then did cardio and stretched really well

    run/walk/run/walk/run for an hour...trying to build up my endurance...will gradually go longer little bit at a time..

    good...pushed it at intervals.incline at 4....pace at 4.0 walk, 4.8 run

    warmup at level 10...for about 10 minutes...then harder at 13-14 for about 4 minutes...backed off to 12 for the remainder for a total of 30 mins
